नव युवक सेवा समिति की वेबसाइट, सेवाओं, इंटर्नशिप प्रोग्राम, प्रशिक्षण, जागरूकता गतिविधियों एवं डोनेशन सुविधाओं का उपयोग करने से पहले कृपया इन नियमों एवं शर्तों को ध्यानपूर्वक पढ़ें। वेबसाइट या हमारी किसी सेवा का उपयोग करने पर आप इन नियमों एवं शर्तों से सहमत माने जाएंगे।

1. शर्तों की स्वीकृति / Acceptance of Terms

नव युवक सेवा समिति की वेबसाइट, सेवाओं, इंटर्नशिप प्रोग्राम, प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम या डोनेशन सुविधाओं का उपयोग करके आप इन नियमों एवं शर्तों का पालन करने और उनसे बंधे रहने के लिए सहमत होते हैं।

 2. नव युवक सेवा समिति के बारे में / About Little India Foundation

नव युवक सेवा समिति एक सामाजिक संस्था है, जो सामाजिक पहल, इंटर्नशिप प्रोग्राम, प्रशिक्षण, जागरूकता गतिविधियों तथा समाजहित से संबंधित अन्य कार्यक्रमों में भाग लेती है।

English:

Nav Yuvak  Seva Samiti is a social organization engaged in social initiatives, internship programs, training, awareness activities, and other activities undertaken in the interest of society.

 3. यूज़र की योग्यता एवं जानकारी / User Eligibility & Information

वेबसाइट, इंटर्नशिप या किसी कार्यक्रम के लिए आवेदन करते समय यूज़र द्वारा दी गई सभी जानकारी सही, पूर्ण और अद्यतन होनी चाहिए।

यदि कोई व्यक्ति गलत, अधूरी, भ्रामक या फर्जी जानकारी प्रदान करता है, तो Nav Yuvak  Seva Samiti को संबंधित आवेदन को अस्वीकार करने, रद्द करने या संबंधित सुविधा को रोकने का अधिकार होगा।

Users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information while accessing the website or applying for any internship or program.

 Providing false, incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in rejection or cancellation of the application or withdrawal of the relevant facility.

 4. इंटर्नशिप एवं कार्यक्रम / Internship & Programs

इंटर्नशिप या किसी अन्य कार्यक्रम में चयन नव युवक सेवा समिति के निर्धारित मानदंडों एवं विवेक के आधार पर किया जाएगा। आवेदन जमा करना चयन की गारंटी नहीं है।

कार्यक्रम या इंटर्नशिप को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने वाले पात्र प्रतिभागियों को संस्था की नीति एवं निर्धारित मानदंडों के अनुसार प्रमाणपत्र जारी किया जा सकता है।

नव युवक सेवा समिति को आवश्यकता के अनुसार किसी कार्यक्रम की तिथि, समय, स्थान, अवधि, प्रक्रिया, सामग्री या अन्य विवरण में परिवर्तन करने अथवा किसी कार्यक्रम को स्थगित या रद्द करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित है।

English:

Selection for internships and other programs will be made according to the criteria and discretion of Nav Yuvak  Seva Samiti. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

Certificates may be issued to eligible participants upon successful completion of an internship or program, subject to the applicable policies and requirements of the Samiti.

Nav Yuvak  Seva Samiti reserves the right to modify, postpone, reschedule, or cancel any program, including changes to its date, time, location, duration, process, or content, when necessary.

 5. डोनेशन / Donations

नव युवक सेवा समिति को दिया गया डोनेशन पूर्णतः स्वैच्छिक है। डोनेशन करने से किसी व्यक्ति को किसी विशेष सेवा, सुविधा, नौकरी, इंटर्नशिप, सदस्यता या अन्य लाभ प्राप्त करने की कोई गारंटी या अधिकार प्राप्त नहीं होता है।

डोनेशन से संबंधित भुगतान पर संस्था की Refund Policy / भुगतान वापसी की नीति लागू होगी।

English:

Donations made to Nav Yuvak  Seva Samiti are entirely voluntary. Making a donation does not guarantee or create any entitlement to any specific service, facility, employment, internship, membership, or other benefit.

Donations and related payments shall be subject to the Samiti 's applicable Refund Policy.

 6. बौद्धिक संपदा / Intellectual Property

वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध लोगो, नाम, टेक्स्ट, ग्राफिक्स, फोटो, डिजाइन, दस्तावेज़, सामग्री तथा अन्य डिजिटल कंटेंट, जहाँ लागू हो, नव युवक सेवा समिति या उसके संबंधित अधिकारधारकों की संपत्ति है।

बिना पूर्व लिखित अनुमति के वेबसाइट की सामग्री को कॉपी, पुनः प्रकाशित, संशोधित, वितरित, व्यावसायिक रूप से उपयोग या किसी अन्य माध्यम से पुनः उपयोग नहीं किया जा सकता, सिवाय उन मामलों के जहाँ कानून द्वारा इसकी अनुमति हो।

The logos, names, text, graphics, photographs, designs, documents, materials, and other digital content available on the website are, where applicable, the property of Nav Yuvak  Seva Samiti or their respective rights holders.

 7. वेबसाइट का उपयोग / Use of Website

यूज़र वेबसाइट का उपयोग केवल वैध और उचित उद्देश्यों के लिए करेगा। वेबसाइट का उपयोग किसी गैरकानूनी गतिविधि, धोखाधड़ी, गलत सूचना फैलाने, संस्था या अन्य व्यक्तियों को नुकसान पहुँचाने या वेबसाइट की सुरक्षा एवं संचालन में बाधा डालने के लिए नहीं किया जा सकता।

नव युवक सेवा समिति आवश्यकता के अनुसार इन नियमों एवं शर्तों में समय-समय पर संशोधन, परिवर्तन या अपडेट कर सकता है। संशोधित नियम वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित किए जाने के बाद प्रभावी होंगे।

वेबसाइट का निरंतर उपयोग संशोधित नियमों एवं शर्तों की स्वीकृति माना जा सकता है।
